Join us for the kickoff event of our 2026 yearlong residency at the cell, featuring Sunrise No.277 by Darian Donovan Thomas and Haydn String Quartet in B-flat Major, Op. 76, No. 4, Sunrise. The second half of the concert will feature a solo set by composer, multi-instrumentalist, and interdisciplinary artist Darian Donovan Thomas, who has been described as “bright, fresh and, in the best sense, innocent” by Steve Reich, and whose album, A Room with Many Doors, has been called a “visceral journey” and a “transformative experience from start to finish” by I Care If You Listen.
